Yes, we provide express services. Do note that there is an additional top-up fee of $60 for express delivery.

For regulars and weekly orders, we encourage an exchange of cleaned and pickup dirty laundry on the same trip so that we minimise our carbon footprint and save the earth.

Towels should be washed separately to prevent contamination.

Empty any physical items, including paper / tissue / jewellery / money, from pockets. Especially money notes. They can shrink and become unusable after being in the dryer.

No need. Our staff will weigh your bag upon pick-up or arrival at our facility.

Turnaround time for normal washes is 2 working days (excluding pickup day).

For stains, we do our best to remove without guarantees as stain may be caused by many factors.

Prepare your laundry before pickup, to ensure that you won't miss out any items to wash. Any miss/ return trip may result in an additional $20 transport cost.

Know your material. Ensure items that are placed in the laundry bag for washing are machine- and dryer-usable.

For Wash & Iron subscriptions, do indicate up to 12 pieces of items to iron. If not indicated we will iron according to style of clothing (ie. Shirts/ pants/ dress/ skirt etc)

Our drivers provide bags for pickup items to be dry cleaned. We DO NOT accept your laundry items in expensive personal bags/ carrier as we ARE NOT liable for any losses of personal bags/ carrier during the cleaning process.

For Wash & Iron, each load is 7KG (includes free 12 pieces of clothes for ironing).
Cleaned ironed clothes will be returned with hangers in dustcovers, while the rest of the clothes will be neatly folded and placed in laundry nets before returning in our laundry bag.
